Rufford Abbey Country Park
9 November - 21 December, 11am-4.30pm
Visit Santa in his Lakeside Grotto at Rufford Mill every weekend from Sunday 9 November until Christmas. Hop aboard the magic train and without even leaving the park your child will be transported to the warmth of Santa’s Grotto. The magic train is a virtual ride suitable for all children. Each child must be accompanied by an adult. Child £5 including gift, adults £2.
Victoria Centre, Nottingham
10 November - 24 December, times vary
Visit Santa's Grotto on The Square, Upper Mall and choose from a visit and gift £3.75, visit and a photo £4.95, or visit, gift and a photo £8.00. Check www.victoriacentre.uk.com for opening times.
Broadmarsh, Nottingham

See Santa for free in his magical grotto at Broadmarsh this Christmas. Grotto open daily from 16 November to 24 December. Plus bring the kids to have breakfast with him on Saturday 29 November or any Saturday in December before Christmas. Breakfasts £3 per person with all proceeds donated to the NSPCC.

The forerunner to Father Christmas and the traditional bearer of Yuletide gifts, St Nicholas will be in his medieval grotto every weekend until Sunday 21 December. £5 per child, including gift.

Rumours abound that the Sheriff of Nottingham is in Sherwood Forest today to try and put a stop to any Yuletide celebrations - let’s hope Robin Hood’s around to save the day. Cheer for St Nicholas as he arrives.

Santa, the star of the season will be delighting children young and old in the Foodcourt every weekday in December.
Santa’s reindeer will also be making an appearance every Sunday of the month (7, 14, 21 December), 12pm-3pm, before setting off back to the North Pole.

Santa at the Castle Bandstand

Although he’s very busy Santa has agreed to make Nottingham Castle one of his festive stops. Meet him and his lucky elf Sparkle to pass on your Christmas wish list. £3.50 per child. Normal museum admission applies for accompanying adults.
Newark Millgate Museum

Search for Santa. Can you find the eight Santas hidden within the museum displays and win one of the three prizes?
Creswell Crags
14 December
Santa will be on hand to listen to Christmas wishes and hand out special gifts. A brass band will be here to serenade us and mulled wine and mince pies will be available. Tickets £3 per child, available from the shop. Make presents and Christmas cards with Santa's crafty helpers. Ice Age Tours to Robin Hood Cave will also be running at 11.30am and 2pm.
